• I act for a large number of business clients ranging from PLCs to sole traders and over the years I have dealt with a very wide variety of matters for them. These include:

• Powers of attorney on behalf of the company or organisation.

• The certification of company documentation including Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and board resolutions or minutes. My office is very close to Companies House and I can collect urgent documents from there and get them notarised on the same day provided that they are ordered before 12 noon.
